Bernard has over three decades of IT operational information security and IT risk management and performance experience, specialising in cyber security system audits and assessments.

He has been responsible for large-scale IT and IS solutions development and implementation projects in Africa and Europe. As an accomplished cyber threat management expert, he uses data contextualisation to derive enterprise risk insights from cyber assessments and provide valuable recommendations to organisations for sustainable process development. 

He is also a successful relationship manager for large-scale cyber assessments, managing service delivery, meeting client expectations, reacting to challenges and adhering to strict project management criteria.

He has presented numerous audit findings to audit committees and executive boards. He performs all his duties with honesty, integrity, and political awareness, always respecting confidentiality, diversity, and cultural differences.
